How to Use JotMe?
- Install JotMe: For meetings: download the desktop app (Mac or Windows) for full features like live translation and AI notes. For Google Meet: install the Chrome extension to enable real-time subtitle translation and note taking.
- Join a Meeting or Start a Call: Open Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc., and start / join your meeting.
- Set Languages: In JotMe, choose the spoken (source) language and the translation (target) language.
- Enable Features: Click Start to begin transcription and translation. During the meeting, you can also turn on real-time summarization or AI note creation.
- After the Meeting: Stop the session and let JotMe generate a translated transcript, action points, and a summary. Access and download this via the JotMe web dashboard.
- Use Advanced Tools: Ask JotMe questions during the call or ask it to summarize specific points. Use the speech generation feature to produce text in your target language (and even pronunciation help).
